Hip-hop and electro fusionist Egyptian Lover first came into public consciousness with his debut LP all the way back in 1984, asking the pivotal questions "What is a DJ if he can't scratch?". 30 years later, the LA-based beatmaker is still progressing the art of DJing and production with forward-thinking sets that has seen him rock some of the stand-out Boiler Room and Red Bull Music Academy gigs across the globe.

In celebrating a milestone, the legendary producer is set to rock Good God Small Club this Thursday 8 May as headliner for a free Red Bull Music Academy club night. Support will come in the form of Simon Caldwell, Levins and Silky Doyle.

Saturday 10 May will bring the party down to Melbourne venue Boney with Egyptian Lover leading a charge rounded out by Australia's RBMA NYC 2013 participant Julien Love, J-Red, Mike Hunt, and C:1

RSVP for free entry is essential, though entry is on a first come, first served basis. If recent Club Nights are any indication, you’d best get there early.
